On September 17th, the fifth-grade students of Champagnat Popular School visited the laboratories at Champagnat Institute in Pasto. During their time in the physics and biology laboratories, the students participated in an engaging experience, conducting an experiment with koumiss. This hands-on activity not only facilitated learning about the fermentation process but also highlighted the significance of experimentation and the joy of discovery.
